Sbfing droid 2

Hey guys I'm trying to sbf this droid 2 and I have the 2.3.20 sbf but everytime I hit start to flash it it says flash failed. Any ideas what's going on?

I accidentally flashed the old 2.2.20 sbf first and now the new 2.3.20 sbd wont work. What can I do to get it working I need to get this fixed.

Can't you just install Droid 2 Bootstrap Recovery, boot into the clockwork and do it from there? IF that is dumb question see my sig

Ok I have rsd life 4.8 and the 2.3.20 sbf but when I hit start to flash it, it says it failed and wont even start.
