Samsung Galaxy S3 - ICS - Roaming Mode CDMA Home Only

Does anyone know how to change the roaming mode to CDMA Home ONLY after this last ICS update?
I have the LTE OnOff app, and it lets me set the roaming mode to CDMA only, but I cannot select HOME ONLY.
This is an issue for us because our location is near the CA/Mexico border and we pick up Mexican towers often, and want to just pick up Verizon towers (of course).
I have seen a few posts on the internet about this, but with no solutions.
PLEASE HALP!

Same issue at the Canadian border with ICS on RAZR.

Dealt with verizon for hours about this problem on the WA/Canadian border. Our Droid4's have no trouble (ICS & Gingerbread) but the RAZR after the ICS upgrade keeps trying to roam, non stop! Did PRL updates, hard resets, factory data reset, etc.etc.etc. I got verizon to send us another droid4 to replace the RAZR. Hope it isn't the SIM card! I've heard of some PRL editing, but I wasn't gunna try it, we paid too much for this phone.
