A new rumor hit the web suggesting that HTC is planning on getting in on the Android Wear smartwatch act. Supposedly, HTC plans to launch an Android Wear device sometime in August or September called the HTC One Wear. Although we are a bit skeptical of this intel, it is not outside of the realm of possibility. Even HTC’s CEO, Peter Chou has indicated in the past that HTC plans to enter the Android Wearables market, although he qualified that by saying it would only happen when the timing was right.
What do you guys think? Could HTC make an Android watch that could compete with the likes of the Moto 360, the Galaxy Gear and the LG G Watch?
