Have you made sure to select the sbf file you want to flash? There is a button with an ellipsis (...), click that and choose the file.

Dumb question but is your phone set to pc mode? And do you have usb debugging checked?

Try unplugging the usb and then plug it back in to see if it will let you flash. You might also check your sbf to make sure its valid, I found I had one that wouldn't flash.

Rename the sbf to "droid2.sbf" and place it on your desktop.

Worked for me. Also, make sure you have the lastest sets of drivers and you are using RSDLite 4.8.
I can upload the proper files if need be, minus the SBF.

Try this .sbf, it is the later version, and I use this one on my D2 pair I have, and I never get a failure to flash.
You can right click and drag it into the window and unpack/flash right away.

I can't copy and paste this file here, but this IS the file you will need to properly flash your phone.
