Rom Manager Help PLZS

i have rooted my phone and did the the bootstrap but i cant get the manager to work it will go into loading into recovery to install the rom then just reboots and does nothing can someone help me out or til me what i need to do

You can install a ROM manually by saving the zip to your SD card (the stuff you download from ROM manager is saved in clockworkmod download directory I think). Boot into recovery, do the wipes you need to do, choose install zip from SD card and navigate to the zip. This is all off the top of my head, but it's a start.
