I think it would be ok. If you have to restore that one you will just have to go get your apps again. It should be fine if you go liberty, get it customized and then back that up where you have apps and such.

Btw it seems like my battery is draining using liberty is there a program that helps with it.

Uh, I would search the market for a battery manager or something, I use advanced task killer and battery manager.
