All,

I just received an email from QuickOffice asking me if I'd be interested in purchasing the application for my smart device. Is the app on our phone a demo or is it the full application?

No one replied? I think it's the full version, I use it all the time and it seems like the full version. I also downloaded the trial of the newest full version, but couldn't find anything more in that, so I deleted it after the 14 or 30 days.

I haven't seen that, but I skipped registering it. I prefer the free version that came with the phone to Documents To Go paid in how it shows Word Docs and Excel.

Thanks MonkeyTime and aaf709 for responding... I almost forgot I posted this! I'm guessing too it is a full version since I still have the ability to use it and I've had the phone since September.

It's a custom Moto version. In order for it to update Moto has to do it.

Besides that you can't update it without buying it.

I downloaded iit this morning and love it! However now there are 2 icons in the app drawer & you can't uninstall the old one. I might use TB to freeze it...

Custom probably wasn't the best term. You get the full version, but you can't update it without either buying it or having Moto do it.

What's the better app: OfficeSuite pro or Quickoffice pro?
I have Officesuite pro but since quickoffice pro is free on amazon, I'm might get that.

I have OfficeSuite, Documents to Go and QuickOffice Pro...they all have benefits & cons...Docs 2 Go allows you to log into Google Docs but the interface seems clunky...OfficeSuite I had some FC's...right now I'm liking QuickOffice Pro...no lag, runs good on my Lapdock 100 with the Bionic

In the App itslef there is an upgrade button. I think if you upgrade from there it lets you buy it from the market... I'm guessing if you do it through that update button then you won't get the double app issue.
