I accidently did a factory reset on my phone. After that I had to relink to gmail to restore my backups among other things. It said PW was invalid. I went to my computer and the PW worked fine. I tried to establish the gmail on my wife's phone and had the same issue, so the problem isnt my phone, its on googles side. I know I entered the PW correctly, there arent any caps in the PW, so this isnt a user error (as mfar as I can tell anyway)
I found some similar stories on the gmail forums but none of the posts got useful responses. there's no option to contact google tech support that I can find and I saw no similar stories in these forums. Hopefully someone knows a solution I dont want to re-enter 200 contacts into my phone.
