push what button to open aps

What button do I push to open apps that i have down loaded to my phone droid x. Seems that I have to go to manage app to see them. Now how do I move the app to a homescreen? it worked before GB. Thanks.

If your using the stock motoblur home then it will be the bottom right button.

bottom right SCREEN button brings up RECENT...

Ok then you touch the recent folder and you will then see other options
