I received the over the air update 2 day. I'm actually using my speech to text to write this message. Which i will admit works very well and accurately. 1 problem i'm having is the clarity of my microphone on regular phone use is very poor. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? please post comments

no sir, mine works perfectly.
I have seen a few posts where people state that their mic has poor quality most of the time. It may be a hardwre issue, and you may want to go back to verizon and get a replacement

Before we declare it a hardware issue try a couple of things. First update your PRLs (*288 opiton 2). Then go to your phone, type ##program. Code is 000000. Pick Vocode (#4) and switch to EVRC-B. Apply.

This is suppose to improve phone quality.

Also get your finger off the microphone.
