problems

As you know my phone keeps acting up in cold and heat. Well I called verizon and the lady told me I had to get another thunderbolt. She explained that my phone has the update that should have fixed it. Problem is it didn't. I then explained the next phone is going to have the same problem then and she said that's all we can do. I asked to speak to someone about cancelling and she said she would be the one to handle that too.
I don't want another thunderbolt but don't want to pay full retail for another phone. What do I do besides use craigslist?

My phone doesn't have that problem. How do you know your replacement will have that problem? Or are you just looking for a way to get a different phone?
