Problems Syncing Calander on exchange

hello new to forum but I am in a corprate envoriment I have several droid x phones that syn with exchange mail calander and tasks. On most phones its working ok but several have an issue with just syncing the calander portion you can enter an appointment on the email client it will sync to the phone no problem but if you enter an appointment on the phone it never syncs to the exchange server or on the computer. Please Advise if anyone has any info or if you have ran into this issue before and thank you for your help

the push feature is turned on and the fetch is turned on as well checked refreshed when addind into the calander on the phone nothing happens if I go to my pc add an appointment into outlook it syncs to the phone flawlessly
