Corporate calendar only one-way sync

I am on rooted .602 Blur. Appointments that I add on my phone will sync with our Exchange server and show up on my Outlook calendar, but if I add the appt in Outlook it doesn't sync to my phone. Any ideas? I have already tried removing and re-adding the account with no change.

Just found that if I create an appointment through my phone, then delete it through Outlook, it deletes it on the phone too. But if I create an appointment in Outlook, it never makes it to the phone. I am extremely confused.
