Exchange calendar sync problems -- one way only

Appointments entered on the Droid 4 are not syncing up to my corporate Exchange server (exchange 2007). Appointments entered in Outlook / OWA come down to the phone just fine. Anyone else with this issue?

I have clarified that the problem is with the Business Calendar app. Appointments entered on the native Android calendar work fine.
