Possible IP forwarding issue

I'm having what looks like IP forwarding issues. There are some sites and servers that sometimes won't connect. Replacing friendly names with IP addresses doesn't work. Sometimes rebooting the phone helps but not always. Verizon recently went to 4G LTE in my area and this started happening after that. I verified the problematic sites with DSL and they connect then. Is it Verizon? Any ideas?

Sporty, are you rooted? If so, it will make it easier to troubleshoot. Also, what are the sites, if you don't mind telling?

This issue has gone away and my Bionic is not rooted. My guess is Verizon networking wasn't fully configured after the recent 4G upgrade. Thanks for posting.
