I just tried rooting my phone and now I can't get it to come back on!!!

A little more details please. Have you tried a battery pull or plugging it in?

ok, id did the battery pull and it went to hboot and it says that my s-off is on. how do i get the phone on?

So the phone does boot to at least hboot. PLease try and get into recovery now.
