Pic Transfer from Computer to Phone

My apologies if this is a double post. I posted last night but could not find my post today.

I want to take pics from my computer and organized them on my phone using My Gallery. On the phone I want to icons, i.e. Family, Friends, Diving, Travel.

I realize I have to hook up the phone (USB) to the computer. But now what? I want the icons on the Album section of the phone.

Have you tried using Motocast? installed on my pc, I have had good luck with it backing up info plus photos from phone to computer.
Using it there is no reason you can't move pics from your pc to the phone, make new folders and call them anything you want.
I also use Quick Pic app. Seems a little better than My Gallery. But that is just me!
