Did you check your refresh rate as I suggested before to make sure it isn't set to none on the stock Samsung widget?

Oh yeah doesn't do anything, changed from the earliest to latest.

What I really need is the name of the stock widget. The ones on my phone are AccuWeather, transparent, Amber, and Google news widget. I've added a few more like Beautiful and weather.

Are you using a third-party launcher? Some Samsung Widgets aren't compatible with some third-party launchers.

Yes I am, Nova, but I've also turned it off. Now that I think about it, I was getting ready to go back to TW. Jumping back and forth is when I noticed I lost the temperature. Thanks, I'll go back stock and stop all those widgets. I'm running at least 6 and still no lag!

I would bet if you put that weather widget that Mark circled in his screen shot on the touch wiz home screen, you might be back in business.

Let us know how it goes!

My first response got swallowed. Yeah that was it.

Thanks, makes sense, it worked and then it didn't.

What did I do? I was changing lunchers, duh!

This is funny Marshmallow doesn't allow the weather on the lock screen. All that and now it doesn't work!
