No network connection on Bionic 4G

I am constantly losing network connection on my Bionic. The 4G icon turns white and I can't do anything that requires a network connection. Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve rooting my phone?

I have the same problem on 3G...(no 4G down here yet!) Went most of the weekend on 1X or no data! Sad situation. Also stock. Just got this refurb a couple of weeks ago because my original kept dropping wifi. It also dropped data. Just biding my time until I can upgrade...or downgrade depending on how you look at the data plan issues.
