New market

I have been looking around these forums for the vending.apk for like 10 minutes now and I cant find a link to download the new market. I know I had it once here but now that I need it again I cant find it at all. The search on these forums just takes me to a list of ROMs using the new market. Please if anyone can direct me to a link to download it that would be awesome.
