My wife's phone is unrooted and she recently got the market update. Now, for whatever reason, when you click installed apps the list is blank. They're all gone but all seem to function properly still. I had this happen with mine after I reset the data and I manually 'installed' the more important apps I wanted update notifications for but it's a PITA to do and there MUST be an easier way to do this. I would reboot, pull the battery... all sorts of things and nothing seemed to correct this.
