I just got my Droid X today and everything has been great. This evening, while I finally got some free time, I decided to download some apps. I had downloaded a few throughout the day, and the downloads performed perfectly. However, when I tried to download apps at my home, they would not even get past the 'start download' level in my notifications. Even with WiFi and perfect 3G coverage.

I looked here at droidforums.net to see if I could get some help that way. I useful page told me to uninstall updates for 'Marketplace' and then the downloads should work. However, this did nothing.

So....there are two things I would like to know:

1) Is there a way to upgrade my Marketplace app back to 2.11 or 2.11 (because it is now 2.09) ?

2) What is causing my download problem for my apps and what is a way to fix this problem?

I appreciate any and all help!

Currently there are market errors. I think it has something to do with google updating the market. They are adding music and online (desktop) support). Everyone is having problems. It's weird.
