From the nesnoid's marketplace location? because when i press the icon it just takes me into the astro file manager app

just google NES roms....go to one of the sites and make a folder on your SD card and name it whatever you want. drag the rom into the file(some roms come with a crap ton of files, look for one that has a (U) next to it if available...its in english. Now go into your nes app on your phone. find the file and the games will be in there... configure controls and play.
