So I've been in contact with tech support since the 2nd week of my new Verizon service. I've been having problems with call quality 90% of the places I make calls. Its worse in my house. Its best in the retail stores, of course.
No resolution has been provided and I have less than 10 days to return my phone/cancel service. A tech support member told me to upgrade to 3b01p at the store since its not available over the air. This may resolve the problem to some degree.
What gives? Does this makes sense with my situation?
