didnt work.... the same things are happening. its almost like it thinks its unrooted. but it is!!! easy root says it is. and i have the super user icon

i booted into system recovery. wiped 2 times and rebooted. reactivated my phone and it still is happening? if a wipe dosent work, what will?

did you try restoring a backed up rom?? or will RM not let you...

Yes. So you have no recovery and no root. If you have frg22d there are only 2 ways to root. The one in my sig and the "multiple phones - root/unroot them."

did you try unistalling RM, reboot, and then reinstalling from mkt??

EDIT: other than that, it sounds like you may have lost root, but i'm not exactly sure. hopefully Abe or someone else from the rescue squad will come on and fill my void.

ok. well i have frg22d. so i will try to root using the method in your sig. thank you guys for your help. ill probably try this tommorow. must get up early. once i do it ill post to let you know if it worked

You lost root 4sure, and you have stock recovery, use link 3 in my sig to root, and get your custom recovery back...don't use 1 click root apps like easy root.
