Need help exporting cached emails

Hi all, last week our corporate exchange email server crashed and we lost about a months worth of emails. When the server went down the emails remained on my phone as they were cached on the phone. When the server came back online the last three weeks of emails were gone from my outlook. I turned off the sync on my phone so the emails are still cached on the phone. I need help finding the email cache file on the phone so I can export it and hopefully recover the lost emails. I realize the attachements wont be there but at least I will have the text. Can anyone tell me where the cache file is located?
