My messages won't send.

My Droid 2 has been acting up lately,

With a list of errors, I'm only trying to fix one at the moment.

• Phone will not send text messages to certain people.

*Additional information:
-I'm originally from Maryland, but I drove down to North Carolina for vacation.
I updated the roaming using *228, but it didn't help

- I've tried removing the battery, and removing the SIM card for multiple minutes at a time, and it hasn't helped in the slightest.

Any help?

Don't mean to be obnoxious but *bump bump*

I had a similar issue. Look at the phone number and see if it has a +1 in front of it. If so, delete that and you should be good to go.
