I want to move my iTunes over to Google Play music.

I guess in need a M4P to MP3 converter program.

Any recommendations?

If you have DRM music, then to the stuck. I tried double twist, n7player, and a few others. Nothing worked...except...I had DRM music burned onto a cd for my car. I was able to change the songs on the cd to MP3 mode & now it works great!

May be it's because my phone isn't rooted ... I don't know...

God...I hate iTunes. Glad I never bought any music through it.
It's all Google Music & Amazon for me.

I like iTunes cause you can redownload your purchased music anytime, while Amazon doesn't allow it.

Not true at all.
All of your purchased music in both Amazon and Google Music is automatically stored in your cloud account.
You can download any one of your songs from there at any time.

According to Amazon FAQ, you can't redownload previously purchased music.

Amazon.com Help

Well, I JUST went into my Amazon Cloud account and re-downloaded a song that I initially downloaded at the time of purchase. And then, just for fun...I did it again.
You can authorize up to 10 devices to download music to.

I guess that policy is outdated.

Last I checked Google only allows a certain number of physical downloads of your songs to non-linked devices, but any that are paired with your Google account can download them and make them available for offline play as much as you like.
