music from playstore not showing up in google play?

So I downloaded a few songs today and went to listen to them on Google play. But, when I did they weren't there and neither were half the songs I had purchased before. Google play has been nothing but problematic since the JB update and they got rid of the other music player. Once that happened half my music disappeared. How do I get my music I purchased through play store to show up on Google play again?

-Check in the Play Store that the songs you purchased have the word "Purchased" next to them where the price should be.

-If songs you believe you purchased don't have it. Check your purchase history from the desktop site of Google Play.

-If it is not listed there check your credit card's statement for purchase.

-If either transaction log has the payment and the song is not showing as purchased. Take the evidence and contact Google.

-If the songs do say "Purchased" open up the Google Play Music app>press settings>sync music.
