The Search Function on droidforums.net is a pretty useful app, especially when you can find your own duplicate post </sarcasm and light-hearted ribbing>

I second that, Beautiful Widgets is great. The recent updates have added some nice features to the clock/weather widget and it continues to be improved. As an added bonus the developer is really great to work with (i.e. responds to e-mails quickly and works with you on problems).
