Mono output setting for audio player app

Does anyone know if there is an audio app on the market that gives you the option to output to headphones in mono?

My job allows me to listen to music while i am working, but i have to use only one earbud so i can still hear if anyone needs me. As a result the stereo output causes many of my songs to sound off because part of the audio is playing in the channel that i am not using.

I know that i cannot be the only person that wants this feature considering this is the third job that i have had that has this policy for music players.
