Mobile hotspot doesn't work

Have had my RAZR since the 19th of November and have yet to get satisfactory resolution to Mobile Hotspot issues. Store manager says it is a software glitch. I have spent literally HOURS on the phone with tech support, no resolution. I connect to the internet just fine, but cannot connect with some sites. Others are just fine. "Level 4" tech was supposed to be in touch with me last Thursday..suddenly no response from them at all. HELP!!!!

Hot Spot Fix

I had the same issues last week they never called. There loss, after a few minutes I found that all you have to do is go the the hotspot configure tap and change the client dhcp starting address. I used 192.168.1.99. All works perfect now. Enjoy

Thanks. I tried changing the DHCP start address but it didn't help.
