....and it was pretty useless and says nothing about them improving service. Not good.

Dear MLB.com Mobile Customer:

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you are manually setting the date and time, please make sure that your clock is fully accurate to your local time.
If you are not hearing Audio, it may be because you have tuned in during a commercial break. For some radio stations the stream will be silent during commercials.
In some cases if you are having difficulty you may be able to resolve by switching from 3G/Edge/EDVO to wifi or vice versa.

Hello. Many of us...all of us on droidforums.net have had issues with the
audio cutting out constantly. Please resolve this!

This should have been put in the MLB thread. Either way I have about 3 of those EXACT responses sitting in my e-mail box for my e-mails sent yesterday. Exact same. One was in response to an e-mail that said "thanks for nothing, i'm cancelling and so are many others"

That's what I sent them after recieving the same e-mail you did. They sent me another reply with the exact same copy paste. Completely useless. I already have my refund.
