Milestone X and Skype issues

Hello. Can someone please help me. I purchased the Milestone X phone on yesterday. I have Skype on it. I can see the person I am Skyping with, perfectly clear. I can also hear them as well. However, they are unable to see me. They can hear me, but not see me. The small screen that shows (where my face should be showing) only shows a black box. Can I please get some help with this? Also, I am wondering if there may be a issue with my camera. The reason is that when i try to take a "self portrait" it doesn't work. It will say something like "auto capture will occur when face is detected." But, nothing happens. THANK YOU in advance!

With the issue with skype... It could be due to. The fact that skype is trying to find a front facing camera and the x doesn't have one

We have nothing to fear but running out of beer
