Milestone problem

Hello,

I have another big problem with my milestone, when I start it up its like the home screen is gone, just a black screen (I do can see my unlock screen and notifications)
And all the time I hace FC on home or other apps, I just can't do a thing with my phone...
The problem is, all my contacts are on the phone, and I can't offert to lose them, so how can I solve this?

I can't open anything like contacts or messagin or I get a FC....

I hope that someone can help me...
