What would happened if I were to take my stock Micro SD card out of my phone, hook it up to my computer, and restore it (fully wiping out the whole card)? Is that ok to do, or is the card no longer usable with the phone (ie, does the stock card come with files that are needed for the phone)?

What is saved onto the micro SD? Contacts? Pictures? etc

Also, when I hard restore the phone itself, does the micro SD card get restored as well, or do i have to do that through a computer?

Thanks

Phone is a droid incred. btw

First of all, restore != wipe. Wiping the card via your PC shouldn't be a problem unless you end up formatting it with a filesystem that your device doesn't support. You're better off, IMO, formatting with your device.

Wiping the device doesn't do anything to the card.
