Lost the Missed Call Notification - How do I get it back on?

Droid X - I was getting the missed call notificaiton in my status bar (red checklike icon). Now it is not appearing anymore when I miss a call.

I can't find anywhere in settings to turn it back on. I go to Phone, but there are no phone settings for notification.

Can anyone help me figure out where this option might be? Thanks!!

On the same page here.
I am looking to disable the missed call notification so it doesn't double up on Pure messenger.
Anybody?
