Lost status bar on Droid X

Hello all, I am new to the forum so bear with me if I say something wrong. Have a Droid X thats not rooted or anythign like that its stk.
Woke up this morning and status bar is gone. Tried cache clear and system reboot. If I do that or shut off and turn on i can get it back. I end up losing it again about 10 min after. It also keeps flashing my notification light on top of phone when status bar is gone. Help!! lol.... Also uninstalled all programs that effect it like adk or lauch pro with no luck. ANy help would be appreciated. Thanks JOJO

Hmm. Reinstall ADW launcher and in the settings for the app is for gestures. Use swipe down to show status bar. Check that and swipe down on the screen. See.if it reappears.

OK tried that, got it back temporalily. Lost it after 10 min. Im baffled.......

Hmm and you're not getting a force close notice or anything? Normally you will get a systemui has crashed notice when the status bar disappears. You don't have it set to hide the status bar in ADW do you?
