Long Press to Add Widgets/Shortcuts No Longer Works?

Odd Problem.. I was trying to add a widget, in which I normally just do a long press and add from there.. but no matter how long I hold my thumb in place, it never prompts me to add anything.

I can still add it by going to the Menu > Add, but the long presses no longer works.

Has this happened to anyone else?
