Lockscreen color NEVER changes?

So I've had this problem for a long time on Ultimate Droid 3, now 3.3.1. My lockscreen tab/pattern is ALWAYS red, even when I have themes. Right now my theme is green and the red gets really annoying. Can someone explain the problem or help me fix it?

If you are using theme changer, it doesn't theme lockscreens. Feel like an update.zip yet?

I would have no problem with that. What do i need to do?

You would need to have your developer make an update.zip file that also themed the lockscreen, then install it with recovery.
