Sorry if this has already been asked. I'm on here every day at some at some time or another and have'nt seen it. So my question is can a person use rom manager (the app not the one in the toolbox) while on liberty v.9dx? The reason i ask is because i know you are not supposed to use d2 bootstrap anymore after instaling liberty but when i go into rom manager they want me to flash recovery before using. Thanks in advance for any replies!
