You change the ROM theme from bootstrapper. Im not sure that I understand your question. You have to install it. Did you just put it on your sd card?

Ok. Download the theme and place on the sd card. NOT In a folder just on the sd card.

Bootstrapper into recovery/clockwork (Green writing screen)

Select install from SD card.

Scroll down to where the theme you downloaded is and hit install from SD card.

Once complete reboot and you should be good to go.

I'm pretty new to adding themes to my phone. I've added different roms and things like that before no problem. I'm trying to install the "WatermarkD" theme. I'm wondering why it doesn't look exactly like that home screen.... I've wondered about other themes, too. Am I mistaken in thinking the dock and the entire home screen would be installed via theme? If so, I need help to add these extra features.

Also, GREAT work on Liberty Rom. It's by far best I've ever used.

it wasn't a clean download of the theme. go into files, look for the liberty folder> downloads then delete the themes you've tried to install. once deleted go back into toolbox and choose the theme again
