Liberty 2.0 HDMI issue... help!

I can't seem to even get my HDMI options to come up in settings. What can i do to get HDMI to work. I am running liberty 2.0 and custom rom oreo. I even tried to use real HDMI but it wouldn't even acknowledge that it was connected.
