Know of Droid apps for these issues?

Hello . . . very new to the forums, and have some simple App questions.

1. Is there a lock program that works opposite of the current one? That is, rather than sliding left to right, it slides right to left? As a lefty, it would be easier.

2. Other Exchange Apps than Touchdown? I haven't had any success with it, and I'd love to get this working.

3. An app to block out the side buttons, so I don't accidently activate the camera/volume controls?
