Kit Kat update wonked my Maxx

I loved my phone until last Friday...

Issues with which no one seems to be able to help:
-Chrome browser doesn't load pages properly, page goes black at random times, allows popups now
-Dropped Bluetooth pairing; says it is paired but will not work, I have in and repaired multiple times
-Showing a text message notification with no new text, I can't get rid of the notification
-Battery life got worse
-This is probably a Verizon issue, but since the update the signal strength is bad
-Gallery roll just randomly changed appearance and function

I have turned it on and off, and did the soft reset, each multiple times. I really don't want to do a factory reset and have to re configure/download everything again. I have also checked all of my settings, made sure apps and Chrome are up to date.

That's it so far... Not catastrophic, but it is making me hate the phone I used to love. I got it in November and it was fine until last week.

Help? Is there anything I can do to get rid of this POS update? I hate you, Kit Kat.
