hi, my daughter & i both got droid xs with verizon's fab buy 1, get 1 free deal. she moved up from a blackberry storm & i had (& hated) a curve, we're both in love with the droid x and want to get the most out of them. we're fairly computer literate. i have 2 Qs (knowing the only stupid Qs are those never asked) - how can i keep the adorable green droid without his messages? and her droid clicks when you press a key, mine doesn't (much preferred) - they were both set up by the same verizon person.

I'm not sure how to keep the droid. Sorry.

As far as the clicking on the keyboard though, go into settings and select "language & keyboard" then select "android keyboard settings" and you should have the option to turn off both the sound and the haptic feedback.
