Ok so there is absolutely no doubt in my mind my phone has been comprimised by one of those "droid spy apps" you know, mobile security or something similar. Where do these apps. and there files hide? I think I can have some fun with this but I have to find them first :icon_ banana: I know i could just have verizon fix it for me but thats boring

If you really want to be sure to clean everything out the best way is to SBF back to stock.

Once you do and setup your gmail account, all your apps should come back. You will have to customize them again but thats the best and only way to be sure any malware has been wiped and purged.

Unless of course it was one of the apps you got from google that put it there in the first place.
They are usually quick to pull those when they find them.

I am not so interested in "fixing" the problem I figure I could be SBF it and be free of the bug. I am more interested in the program itself.
