Issues with certain Apps, and playing mp4 files

Hello I got my Incredible the day it came out and its AWESOME (didnt wanna overuse Incredible) lol Anyway I'm having issues finding a flashlight App that uses the LED's not the screen. Also I can't get Andromote to work, it does not find any of my media servers. I also can't seem to figure out the alarm on the deskclock. It sets, and it works when I test it, but it doesnt go off in the morning. It is also confusing because there is like 3 different ways to access facebook. The app, the website, and the mobile website, and there is no messenger feature in the app so I downloaded ebuddy which is awesome as well. I also cannot find a fantasy sport app, yahoo for now, but eventually ESPN for football season. My last issue is playing an mp4 file. I have used a couple apps and none seem to work, they just play the audio. The file is kinda big but dunno if that makes a difference. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!
