is my phone overheating?

Whenever I turn my phone on, it will heat up to like 135 degrees f and my cpu speed is only at 800

Yea, but it never does it excedpt for when you first turn it on

Well to help we need to know a few things. What ROM, kernel, SetCPU and if so what version and temp monitor readings right after boot, 15 minutes after boot and after 10 minutes of some pretty heavy usage.
