Question about overheating

What is the temperature that is classified as overheating because I'm running only pandora and I'm battery monitering app says the temp is 102.2 degrees. I'm running froyo with the thing that I can't remember the name but its from d3 (I think that's what its called) the 250mz with max overclock at 1250 but I set setcpu to max 900 and to ondemand

Search is your friend.
Battery starts thermal runaway around 140f and CPU can handle up to about 170f.
Basically, you don't want the temperature to get anywhere near 140f, under that, you should be good as far as not doing any damage.
